How much ‘American Idol’ final two made for their time on show
HollywoodNews.com: ‘American Idol’ has been quite lucrative for winner Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina even though things are really just starting for them.
As McCreery has won the recording contract, he will reportedly make $250,000 off of it, states E! News. And even though Lauren Alaina didn’t win, she isn’t going home empty-handed.
She will make $87,500 for her stint on the show, but could end up with $175,000 if she records an album.
