Hollywoodnews.com: Emma Stone might not be finished with the undead just yet.
The redheaded Hollywood beauty, who’s currently filming the anticipated “Spider-Man” reboot with Andrew Garfield and Rhys Ifans, reportedly is eyeing the lead role in a planned adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smith’s parody novel “Pride and Prejudice and Zombies,” THR reports.
This wouldn’t be Stone’s first dance with zombies, as she also co-starred alongside Jesse Eisenberg and Woody Harrelson in the surprise hit “Zombieland” for Sony.
“Pride,” which puts a new spin on the classic Jane Austen tale, is being directed Craig Gillespie for Lionsgate. It’s the second of Grahame-Smith’s books to get a film deal, the other being “Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.”
As for Stone, she’s juggling an extremely busy schedule. In addition to “Spider-Man,” she’s part of the upcoming ensemble comedies “Crazy, Stupid, Love” and “Friends with Benefits,” as well as the anticipated adaptation of “The Help.”
