Lindsay Lohan allegedly claiming she was just drinking tea
HollywoodNews.com: Lindsay Lohan got off when it was detected that she had alcohol in her system during house arrest, but it seems that she is claiming she actually did nothing wrong.
It is reported that Lindsay is saying she was drinking kombucha tea which has less than .05% alcohol, states TMZ. Lindsay has commented that she has been following all the rules and is trying to be responsible this time.
Lindsay didn’t get any jail time in this matter because there was no rule set for her in regard to alcohol testing.
