‘Jersey Shore’ star sued by clothing company

HollywoodNews.com: ‘Jersey Shore’ star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino may be making tons of money right now, but he is also dealing with some new legal problems to go along with that.

The reality TV star is reportedly being sued by the clothing company Dilligaf USA for breach of contract, states RadarOnline.com. “The Situation” reportedly signed on to promote the joint products, but has allegedly failed to do so.

The company has reportedly paid for a number of events and promotions, but hasn’t had “The Situation” there to do his job.

Dilligaf is seeking damages in excess of $15,000.

Do you think “The Situation” will lose?
