Donald Trump, Bret Michaels in talks for new show

By Kim Palacios Donald Trump is reportedly evaluating a television show partnership with Bret Michaels, according to one of the real estate mogul’s reps. “Mr. Trump thinks Bret is a wonderful guy. [He] wants to consider it,” told the rep to the New York Post.

Named for a noted Poison single from the 1990 album “Flesh and Blood”, Michaels’ proposed show would be called “Something to Believe In” and would feature the rocker traveling the country to counsel those faced with adversity. Michaels’ own adversity has featured prominently in recent news coverage of the star. As a contestant on Celebrity Apprentice, Michaels first struggled with diabetes, then suffered a brain hemorrhage and a stroke before going on to triumph as the Celebrity Apprentice.
