‘Jersey Shore’s’ “The Situation” hitting back at Abercrombie

HollywoodNews.com: Earlier this summer, Abercrombie & Fitch complained quite a bit about ‘Jersey Shore’ star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino wearing their clothing, but now he is striking back against the company.

He has fired back and is claiming the clothing company has been exploiting his name with some of their products, states TMZ. Abercrombie reportedly sells a couple shirts based on the show including one that reads “G.T.L.” and “The Fitchuation.”

Now, “The Situation” is reportedly demanding that the shirts need to be pulled because his company, MPS Entertainment, already owns those trademarks. He also allegedly wants all the profits from those specific shirts.

Do you think they will give in to his demands?
