Lindsay Lohan upsets judge, gets probation revoked Lindsay Lohan may have thought she was doing everything right in regard to her probation requirements, but it seems the judge on her case does not agree.

Judge Stephanie Sautner has revoked Lindsay’s probation and set another hearing for November 2nd, states TMZ. The judge found that she had violated probation as she was no longer volunteering at the Downtown Women’s Center after not showing up nine times.

Lindsay was handcuffed in court, but will reportedly be bailed out through her bail bondsman.

Before her next hearing, Lindsay will have some work ahead of her as she will have to complete sixteen hours of community service at the morgue.

Lindsay could face over a year in jail, but the judge noted that new laws and overcrowding make this an unlikely situation.

What do you think should happen to Lindsay?
