Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber lead list of 2011’s charitable celebs

And those who avoid that stereotype deserve recognition., which inspires teenagers to give back to various organizations through the support of national service campaigns, annually recognizes celebrities who go above and beyond in service of those who need help.

This year, for the second consecutive time, Lady Gaga has been named the No. 1 “Celeb Gone Good.” She narrowly edged out fellow pop icon Justin Bieber, who climbed all the way from No. 10 last year to the No. 2 slot.
