Eva Mendes reveals how she keeps her body looking good

HollywoodNews.com: Eva Mendes definitely has a body both men and women admire, but even she admits that it takes a lot of work to look as good as she does these days.

Mendes recently opened up to ‘Marie Claire’ about what she does to keep her figure just the way she wants it, states UsMagazine.com. “I run four to five times a week, mixing it up among distance running, intervals on a track, and running uphill on a treadmill,” Mendes revealed.

However, it isn’t just about working out for Mendes: “I don’t eat meat and stopped eating chicken. My skin has gotten a lot better.”
