Gerard Butler stepped out for Oscars party after rehab Gerard Butler must be feeling much better after his time in the Betty Ford Center as he stepped out last night for the famous Vanity Fair Oscar party last night.

Butler walked down the red carpet there after spending about three weeks at the rehab center for allegedly relying on prescription drugs a bit too much, states TMZ. He reportedly got a little hooked after a recent surfing accident and wanted to nip it in the bud.

Butler’s rep commented last week that the actor had left rehab and was feeling great these days.

Do you think he’s got it together now?

I hope he’s got it together!! It would be such a waste to lose another person (actor or not) to drug abuse. I hope he has the help and support he needs to keep away from that evil stuff. It’s hard to get over any kind of addiction, but he seems like a smart man, especially since he went into rehab before the addiction snowballed. Good Luck, Gerry!
