Lindsay is now allegedly being accused of being involved in a nightclub altercation with another woman, states TMZ. The woman has reportedly filed a claim of alleged battery against Lindsay.
The woman claims that Lindsay pushed and shoved her as she was hanging out with a male friend of Lindsay’s.
Lindsay’s rep has denied the claims.
