‘Jersey Shore’s’ Pauly D sued by former agency

HollywoodNews.com: ‘Jersey Shore’ star Pauly D is dealing with a few legal issues these days as he is reportedly being sued by his former agency, ICM.

It is being reported that ICM helped Pauly D secure a big paycheck on the reality TV show after the first season, however, they allegedly never received the 10% they were entitled to in regard to his business opportunities, states OMG!.

The two reportedly had a verbal agreement, but ICM was allegedly fired by Pauly D after the second season of the show. However, ICM claims they are owed $370,000 for the last two seasons of the show.

“[There’s a] standard custom and practice in the entertainment industry that talent agencies are entitled to post-termination commissions on all deals they negotiate for their client,” the agency commented.

Pauly D’s lawyer claims that there is no basis for this lawsuit as he paid them up until he fired them.

Do you think he will have to pay up?
