‘Jersey Shore’s’ “The Situation” still fighting Abercrombie & Fitch

HollywoodNews.com: ‘Jersey Shore’ star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is still working on his legal problems with Abercrombie & Fitch as he claims they are profiting off of trademark infringement.

Now, he is dealing with an upcoming court date that he is trying to get out of, states TMZ. “The Situation” is reportedly supposed to be in court on June 14th, but he will be filming ‘Jersey Shore’ from May 22nd to July 7th.

He claims that if he left for court it would be in violation of his contract because he is supposed to be filming 24/7.

A judge has not yet ruled on this matter.

Do you think he’ll end up winning the case?
