HollywoodNews.com: It looks like Lauren Conrad’s rumored new relationship is a real thing as she was spotted locking lips with her new beau.
Conrad and William Tell were reportedly spotted out to breakfast where they were caught leaning in for a kiss, states UsMagazine.com. The two have been linked since around Valentine’s Day.
Tell is currently a law student at the University of Southern California and was once a guitarist for the band Something Corporate.
