Kate Middleton suing French magazine over topless pictures
HollywoodNews.com: Kate Middleton and the rest of the Royal Family are taking action and suing the French magazine ‘Closer’ for publishing topless pictures that were taken of the Duchess while she was vacationing at a private residence.
A rep for St. James’ Palace has commented that “legal proceedings for breach of privacy have been commenced today in France,” states TMZ. The Royal Family previously released a statement saying they were looking into the legal side of things, and it seems they have been able to move forward.
The topless pictures involved Kate without her bikini top off while at a home with her husband, Prince William. The Royal Family was appalled at the invasion of privacy that occurred.
It is unknown what sort of relief they are seeking in the lawsuit.
