Italian magazine to publish topless Kate Middleton pictures Kate Middleton and the Royal Family are reportedly suing the French magazine ‘Closer’ for publishing topless pictures of her that were taken while she was at a private home, but now they might have another magazine to sue.

The Italian magazine ‘Chi,’ which is owned by the same company as ‘Closer,’ reportedly plans on running the pictures in a spread on Monday, states TMZ. Editor Alfonso Signorni isn’t worried about being sued as he believes the pictures are now public domain.

He also agrees with the editor of ‘Closer’ that there is nothing rude about running her topless pictures: “I don’t see anything morbid or damaging in them. Chi pays attention to respecting people’s dignity. I don’t think they hurt Kate’s image.”

It is rumored that the Royal Family is now weighing options in dealing with ‘Chi.’

What do you think about this magazine also publishing the pictures?
