Halle Berry’s ex allegedly not going to face criminal charges
HollywoodNews.com: Although Halle Berry’s ex, Gabriel Aubry, was recently arrested after getting into a fight with Olivier Martinez, it seems that he likely won’t be facing criminal charges in the case.
It is reported that he likely won’t be charged in the matter as the incident was a mutual fight, states TMZ. However, a restraining order against Aubry is still in place which is preventing him from seeing his daughter with Berry.
While it will expire soon, it is reported that Berry can go back to order to get a new one put in place.
