Joe was spotted in Los Angeles with model and graphic designer Blanca Eggenschwiler, states UsMagazine.com. The two were reportedly joined by his brothers, Nick and Kevin, and Kevin’s wife Danielle.
Joe previously dated Ashley Greene and Taylor Swift.
